I made an appointment to look at a truc Of the three dealerships I contacted online, they were the only ones to not only contact me, but to follow up. I made an appointment to look at a truck I thought was out of my range. I wasn't even planning on driving the truck. But when they handed me a paper with my potential lease payments, I was shocked. I ended up driving out with the truck I wanted with a lower payment than the vehicle I was currently leasing. And that vehicle cost was almost $7000 less when I leased it. I know the buy out price in the end will more than make up the $7000 difference, but I'll probably just lease again. My wife's lease runs out in a couple months, We'll be back for a Mazda this time. Oh yea, my appointment was at 10:00 am, and I drove away at around 3:30 or so in my new truck. It was a Saturday, and it took them some time to transfer my insurance and prep the truck. To pass some of the time they even had us go to a great place nearby for lunch and covered the bill. Next time we're going for dinner. Sadly, I can't remember the finance guy by name, but he was great too. Everything was in order, he explained everything and made the process simple. One last thing, two days after my purchase, I finally get a message from the third dealer I had contacted a week before. The one I was previously leasing from, apologizing for somehow missing my email. I wanted to, but I didn't bother to return his call. More

No pressure, no gimmicks, easy to work with! I stopped in early morning and was helped immediately by someone parking a car. Upon completion of the test drive Andy and I sat down to talk numbers. It was very straightforward with out any sales gimmicks. I told him I would not make a decision immediately and wanted to weigh my options. I returned a few days later with my decision, welcomed by a different salesman who informed me Andy was helping another customer but would help me as soon as possible. We sat down, agreed on numbers and I took delivery the following day. A very seamless process that I'm satisfied with. I truly recommend Depaula Ford. More
