Allen has been with New Motors since 2005. He graduated from Mercyhurst and enjoys spending his time off with his wife, Rebecca, and their two sons, Aiden and Liam. Allen is also an avid Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Penguins fan. Allen spent 5 years in Volkswagen and BMW sales before becoming the Finance Director for New Motors. He has a strong passion for the great brands New Motors carries and is proud to be a part of some of the fastest growing franchises the auto industry has to offer!

Exception Service Experience While at the dealership I dealt with two guys. John set the tone from the very beginning of my visit and that tone was "I am your advocate." I understood that he clearly works for New Motors but was there to help me was the best buying experience possible and I am not an easy customer to deal with trust me. Once we got down to the number crunching, to my surprise the leadership team but their best offer on the table which exceeded my expectations. Even when I came back for a few more trade dollars Allen (Finance Director) called to walk me through the process with a clear explanation and several approval options. They both made it very hard for me to say no to what I knew was a great deal. The paperwork process was very smooth and during delivery Nick "The BMW Genius" wrapped it all up with a clear description of options and features that even a "Boomer" like me could understand. If I am being honest Ai was planning to follow-up with the Cleveland BMW dealership but you guys earned my business and I am now a customer for life. Great job team now that's what great customer service looks like!!! More

I was very pleased with my experience. I was in immediate need of a winter reliable auto and thought that a Subaru Outback or Forester was what I wanted. I went to New Motors to "window sh I was in immediate need of a winter reliable auto and thought that a Subaru Outback or Forester was what I wanted. I went to New Motors to "window shop" on Wednesday afternoon knowing that a significant snowstorm was forecast for Thursday. Steve Kolenda met me as I arrived and was very helpful in showing me the vehicles that were available in my affordable range. He asked me some very pertinent questions that led to 2 possibilities. He allowed me to test drive both and asked if I was ready to make a decision. I explained that I wanted to think about it overnight and read some information about both. He provided me with the information and said that he had the next day (Thursday) off but would call me on Friday to see what I had decided. After reading the information at home on Wednesday night, I decided that I wanted the Outback and really wanted to pick it up before the storm came in. I called Steve on Thursday morning and asked if it would be at all possible for me to get the car that day. He agreed to come into work on his day off and have the car ready for me to buy and pick up early that afternoon. I really appreciated having an AWD Subaru to drive through the storm back home. He called again on Friday to see how I liked my AWD Subaru and how it handled in the snow. I was really happy with it and I still am. I am also very happy with the way Steve took care of my automotive needs. He is a very thoughtful and kind person. More
