It just feels open and relaxed. The staff is very knowledgeable. I worked with Steve Lobaugh, who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered every question I thought of and provided everything he could to make the car buying experience more comfortable. I would recommend seeing him if you're looking for a new car!
