Andrew was friendly, helpful, and well versed in the product. He followed through with all promises, and was a pleasure to work with. After buying our new Kia Optima Ex, Andrew went above & beyond when he showed us how everything on the dash & stering wheel features worked as well as all other features of the car. He even set up my phone for the bluetooth in about 5 minutes. Something that would have taken me all day to do. If I were to rate him on a scale of 1-10, I'd give him a 20. Mr Yingling the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He made the financing a breeze. I never knew buying a car could be such a pleasant experience. I have a friend who I would hate to deal with if I sold cars, and he loves this auto group, and has purchased several vw's. I would definately buy another car from this dealer, and will highly recommend to friends. As a matter of fact I already gave someone a copy of your business card. I LOVE my new KIA!!!
