Ally and the service department always makes me feel like I am “part of the family”. They are helpful and keep me informed during the entire car service appointment. Overall have not been super happy with Volvo. Two of my kids owned them with no problems. have had a lot of issues with ours. We purchased our car at another dealer but brought it to you when we had problems (my son used your service and you were the only ones who could solve his problems - may dealers in country) That aside Ally Gallagher was also very professional and was worked with my on multiple issues (mirrors not working properly, navigation/microphone not working, 40K check up). I can't say enough good things about Ally and her willingness to work with me even though we bought from someone else. She was the advisor for my son years ago as well and helped him when needed. She has a proven track record from multiple customers, not just me. More

Making appointment is easy. Can develop proces to keep customer better informed about the process. Also, the maintenance items are expensive. And there is not diagnosis of the battery deterioration. I have mentioned this each time when I come to service, but receive no updates or options for replacing the battery. Dont buy Volvo EVs they deteriorate very fast!! More
