I purchased a 2025 Kia Telluride. They promised 2 key fobs, but could only deliver one at time of sale. They said they would arrange for me to get the fob from a sister Kia dealer. After more than 3 weeks, no progress and the stopped returning my phone calls. I have been unable to get their attention, and may need to consider legal action. Their after sale customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. More
