This location by far has the best Kia customer service that I have dealt with. I only take my car to this location. I will be purchasing my next Kia at this location due to the service department.

I asked them to fix it, even they didn’t say sorry, just denied and said I have to pay for their mistake. I paid but just fixed part of it.I think I spoke to you and you scheduled me. I explained everything to you. I just wanted to return my car the same as how I dropped it off.
