Dealership is decent at finding root cause for issues as long as the root cause is something is broken or there is an error code. Otherwise they cant find the issue. Part one- Alyn was phenomenal. If you’re looking for someone with knowledge who won’t pressure you, then he is your go to. He doesn’t hound or spam your phone. Simply came in to inquire about a KONA SEL and he took me on a tour, I couldn’t purchase that day but I waited about 2.5 weeks. He sent one follow-up text but did respond to three texts I sent him. It was such a good experience not feeling pressure. Part 2- When I officially came back he had the car ready to test again, went into even more nuanced details on purchase and help me setup my profile for the electronic app and everything. He truly is a gem. 10/10 Part 3- the facility was clean, well maintained, and the other salesmen were attentive and pleasant. The only thing that would’ve made it just a tiny bit better was actually seeing the area to come back for oil changes. I’m realizing as I’m typing this I have no idea where it was at on the lot. Alyn brought the car to the door, we left and came back it just didn’t register to ask with all the cool aspects of the car. More
