She went above and beyond by offering to clean the car herself since the detailer had left—though I didn’t take her up on it, she told me to come back anytime the next day for a detail clean. Ariana in the finance department was equally impressive, staying late as well to thoroughly explain all terms, costs, and warranty options with clarity and patience.
