This dealership does a very nice job and everyone is friendly. The dealership is new and beautiful as well. The only knock when compared to the other gm dealerships in the area is that the service dep friendly. The dealership is new and beautiful as well. The only knock when compared to the other gm dealerships in the area is that the service department of Mohawk is a good amount slower for customers waiting on their vehicle. An oil change here is over an hour whereas the others (mangino, depaula, denooyer) were all at most 35 minutes for the same service. Also, the other dealerships automatically apply their service promotions/coupons whereas Mohawk charges full price only lowering it if asked. More

Long story short I brought my Chevy Malibu in for a minor oil leak. First time they couldn't find the source of the leak and Greg told me they put a dye in the oil to help identity where it was coming from. oil leak. First time they couldn't find the source of the leak and Greg told me they put a dye in the oil to help identity where it was coming from. He told me to drive 100+ miles and come back which I did. They still couldn't find it the second time I came in because the engine was covered in oil. Greg felt bad about having me coming in so much and told me they degreased the engine so they could find it. The third time they finally found it was coming from the HEAD GASKET. I was so lucky I was still under warranty or I would've had to pay $2,500 for the repair. The sales department covered the costs for the 22 hour labor and parts cost. Greg has a personality that made the process so much less stressful. He's light hearted, funny, and personable. Out of all the employees he's the one I enjoy being around the most. This is a fantastic dealership. I would defiantly recommend this place to a friend who is looking to buy or service a car. More

The management, service and other sales team members were very helpful over all.
