We take customer service very seriously and will address this issue immediately by speaking with our staff directly to ensure all customers are treated with utmost respect. Additionally, the root cause of your disappointment was the delay you experienced with our Express Service. Honda Express Service is only available for Honda vehicles as we are unable to maintain in stock, filters, and in some cases, unique oil requirements resulting in us acquiring the needed products from a local parts supplier. We understand that cost is a major concern for many customers, and we strive to offer fair competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality service.
