Had an appointment at 3:00 pm, got there and checked in at 2:30. Had a couple of folks ahead of me. Waited around while other people came in and got out after me. All the service that was done was an oil change and lube, filled up a few fluids, and supposedly checked my brake pads. I was finally checked out at 5:15 pm, most of the folks that worked there were gone. The nice lady waited and checked me out, last one out of there. If that ain't xxxx poor service I don't know what is. That should never happen. But it's the second time I've had poor service there. A few years ago my wife and I had to call my son after closing time to come pick us up because my truck didn't get fixed til the next day. That was a 2:00 pm appointment and stood outside after closing. My wife and I have made multiple car and truck purchases there and I don't think anyone would be pleased with all that going on. More

I had a 1:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation.. I normally do not give bad reviews but I feel that the employees were put in a bad position by management.. after driving 25 miles for my rotation.. I was not the only customer that was stuck there for more than 2 hours.. from the sounds of it this is a common occurrence. To me this is not a good business practice.
