Unfortunately I am not happy because I left for my travel to Florida and just past Rockford I need to find a local mechanic because the shield under the engine started to drag. The mechanic put it back up an to Florida and just past Rockford I need to find a local mechanic because the shield under the engine started to drag. The mechanic put it back up and told me not all the bolts were there. Forty dollars later I got back on the road. Who would have thought paying your business a little under 200.00 to diagnosis the problem that I should not have to pay more money to finish the work your company started. More

Everything was excellent with the exception of my car smelling like strong body odor. I know the mechanics work in a hot shop but I guarantee you whoever parked my car didn't shower that day. I had a check engine light go on and made an appointment to have it looked at, I got an appointment the next day. They found the problem and ordered parts. When the parts came in I made another appointment to have it looked at, I got an appointment the next day. They found the problem and ordered parts. I was disappointed that I was told I needed a new filter for $37 but then ended up with a $62 bill (oil change was part of our service package so should be no charge). If you give a quote labor should be included in the quote. Seems a really high labor charge for a filter. Frustrating. Last time I came for a recall because you sent an email stating it needed to be done only to find out it was already done. Time before asked them to check my light. They said they changed the lightbulb but it still wasn't working. Wanted to charge an $80 diagnostic fee. Took elsewhere and they noticed the other lightbulb was out. Easy fix that had been missed. More
