I never felt pressured and I drove home in the vehicle in a couple of hours! I would highly recommend Ken! I also met with finance manager, Kristen, who was very friendly and informative about all details of the warranties and financial matters. I would like to mention Nicole Peterson who was extremely helpful and patient as she explained all of the interior features of the vehicle to me. She was wonderful! I finally went into the dealership and Shane (GM) was able to locate the car I wanted which at another dealer, and gave me an incredible price. Gave me $ off the MSRP, and also applied all applicable rebates, which really saved me some money. Within 24 hours, I was behind the wheel of my new ride! Also, Allan (sales guy), Kristen (finance) and Nicole (delivery) were all wonderful. They went above & beyond to help me!
