Ermir was able to answer my questions and negotiated a deal that we were both able to walk away feeling good about. With me coming from out of town, he was willing to set up the majority of the deal before my arrival to shorten the amount of time spent at the dealer on the dale of sale. I spoke with Amanda while I was waiting at the dealership. She seemed to be very enthusiastic about the Subaru brand and was excited to talk about the BRZ with me. Jon made the finance portion a breeze and we were in and out of his office in approximately 30 minutes or less. Didn't try to push us into unnecessary products or things I wasn't interested in. Betsy was my Love-Encore Delivery Specialist and was a delight to talk to about my new BRZ. Answered all my questions with ease. More

After searching through various websites, I found the vehi and I got confirmation that it had engine failure while out of state the following Monday. After searching through various websites, I found the vehicle I wanted, and reached out to Speedway Subaru with questions about financing. Amanda reached out immediately and within just a few hours, we had a financing application in and the car secured. They held the vehicle for me for two whole days until I could fly back to Indianapolis. Upon arriving, my new Subaru Crosstrek was waiting for me out front, all detailed and ready to go. Securing financing was a breeze, and Amanda and Jenni were very thorough in answering all my questions about the vehicle and my loan. Plus they were just such fun and kind people! I can't explain just how thankful I am that they were able to relieve so much stress from me and my husband during the holidays. Amanda, if you see this, I appreciate you so much! Thank you for absolutely everything. More

We were actually at another dealer having a terrible experience when Amanda text asking us to give her a chance to meet our needs before we buy elsewhere. I reached out to her while at the other dealership and told her what they were offering. She was able to get us a much better deal but what really stood out was the service. Her attention to detail, respect for our wishes and the time she took with our daughter to make sure she understood the features of the car were exemplary.
