I was totally unfamiliar with Apple Leasing and found it on the internet on a search for a Lexus 350 RC f sport, which they had just received the vehicle. She informed me the vehicle was not prepped but, provided me comprehensive information on the vehicle and was very cordial. The following week I set up an appointment with Ashley to discuss the possible procurement of the vehicle with a trade in and she made the pricing and negotiation process transparent. She has an obvious and extensive knowledge of vehicles and the sales process and never used any pressure tactics. Last but not least, she’s also attentive and detail oriented as she identified a discrepancy in the invoice in my favor.
