Great Experience ! I must confess this is the first time I've ever written a review for anything ever. I first spoke with Greg Nickle who I must say was very professiona I must confess this is the first time I've ever written a review for anything ever. I first spoke with Greg Nickle who I must say was very professional going about trying to find the right vehicle to fit my needs. The dealership appearance is a must see establishment. The service center at SVG headquarters is without a doubt a state of the art service center, very very clean and very very organized which me being old school means everything in my book because it shows the professionalism of those who work in it. The service waiting area is as unique and very well planned out for the comfortability of the customer while they are waiting for service of their vehicle. If there were 6 or more stars to be given, this place definitely deserves to have that kind of rating. The Greenville dealership is very pleasant to work with and is well worth the drive up north if you live south of the Dayton Mall as I do....Rob Slusher manager at the Greenville dealership will go out of his way to see that you are well taken care of in finding the right vehicle...Amber Slusher was my sales person who was absolutely was so paitient with me in selecting the right vehicle for my needs. I had changed my mind several times in which vehicle I finally seleted. She has the patience of a saint in helping me with the many vehicle selections to choose from. Amber and Rob were so very pleasant to work with. They even made sure I had lunch and always offering a cold beverage while I was there...I thought all dealerships were all the same, but i have now experience that SVG Motors is definitely an outstanding dealership and i recommend everyone to please give these dealerships a call or stop by and see for yourself the professional approach SVG Motor dealerships display to their customers. I have never met the president and owner Steve Vangorder , but his TV commercials as unique as they are is just a starting point of how well and organized his state of the art SVG Motors dealership headquarters has been displayed. Again I want to thank Amber Slusher , and Rob Slusher, and Greg Nickle for their outstanding professionalism in truck and car sales...I know I'm probably sounding too good to be true, but I would challenge anyone to stop by and experience for themselves the very unique way that these dealerships operate. As I stated at the beginning of my reveiw that I have never written a review for anything before, but i really felt I must say something this time. This is the way that car dealerships should operate, and I thank God that someone came along in my lifetime that had the vision and insight to establish the new exposed way that makes car shopping a pleasant experience... We started shopping for cars and checked out SVG Motors. I can’t express how easy and relateable Amber was when my husband and I went. I knew going in what I wanted and there was never once the pressure of buying. I’d highly recommend her and SVG motor. The manager Rob even came over and talked with us.
