I had a great experience working with Lance at Apple Lease Returns. He was straightforward, responsive, and made the whole process easy. I knew the Ram I wanted and had a number in mind, and he worked w Lease Returns. He was straightforward, responsive, and made the whole process easy. I knew the Ram I wanted and had a number in mind, and he worked with me to get the deal done without the typical dealership games or pressure. What I appreciated most was how transparent he was. He sent detailed videos of the truck and actually pointed out the imperfections himself. There was some cosmetic damage on the wheels, and he made sure I knew about it and had them repaired before the deal was completed. The final numbers were exactly what we agreed on with no surprise add-ons or last-minute changes. He also arranged delivery service for me, which made everything even easier. I got an awesome, fully loaded Ram Limited at a price I feel great about. Lance did what he said he would do from start to finish. If you’re looking at a vehicle from Apple Lease Returns, ask for Lance. I WILL be buying from him again. More

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Lance and Apple, Lance provides much consideration and care when helping someone into their next car. He always takes his time and does it with a smile. She followed through on everything she promised and went above and beyond—even arranging for a minor cosmetic concern noticed at pickup to be handled immediately. Randy, the general manager, was equally welcoming and helpful, making the purchase feel smooth and effortless from beginning to end. Their outstanding customer service made all the difference. I’m very happy with my new car and truly grateful for such a positive experience! More
