I am without a car and can’t move around anymore. So unless you can provide me a ride I will take my lost and move on. Evan is dead, but you know that already. Just like you know that you are required to refund his $4,000 payment from the cancelled contracts because he died within the 30 day window. Instead of trying to save face publicly by being "concerned your service didn't meet standard", just do the right thing and refund the money to Evan's grieving mother.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the way your dealership has handled my recent car purchase. I purchased the vehicle from your dealership in April of this year. On pickup, your team assured me that all necessary repairs had been completed, and your email even claimed you had “gone above and beyond.” That statement is completely false. Despite adding an extra 3,000 [currency] to the total price—allegedly for repairs—none of the promised work was actually done. That’s not a mistake. That’s a deliberate act of deception. Now, when I raise these issues, I’m being met with deflection and the suggestion that “too much time has passed” or that “it’s now my responsibility.” Let me be clear: that excuse is unacceptable. This was a pre-existing issue and a direct result of your failure to deliver on your word—not something that happened later. Your dealership has shown a pattern of dishonest behavior: • False promises • Inflated charges for fake repairs • Delivering cars in unserviced or poor condition This is a warning to anyone considering buying a car from your dealership: I would never recommend you to anyone. In fact, I strongly advise others to stay away. I expect a detailed explanation of the “repairs” you claimed to have performed, along with justification for the added cost. If I don’t receive a serious and honest response, I will escalate this matter through all available channels. Vehicle its notpassing mission
