Initially my visit was for an oil change and annual inspection. A transmission leak was identified so inwas quickly placed in a loaner car and on my way. The lady’s name was Teresa and kept sending us between parts instead of getting up out of her chair and asking like why was I doing her job and the guy next to her was not doing that to customers.
