I'm so very sorry about this situation, Ray. Unfortunately, our recent relocation from Dudley to Putnam caused unavoidable delays with our ability to properly register vehicles. Our team should have been much clearer in communicating that to you right from the beginning. I am glad that we were able to provide you with a loaner vehicle to ease the delays, but we should have been sharper. We strive for a smooth process and are 100% properly functional with the DMV/RMV now. I'm glad to know that Hass provided pleasant service.
