I expressed to my dealer that I did not want to come in due to COVID and asked that they make sure the paperwork was completed and ready to go for me, so I can sign in and leave. A one sided transaction Being a sales person myself I understand paying a fair price. I also believe that the sales person has a responcibilty to the client to provide what Being a sales person myself I understand paying a fair price. I also believe that the sales person has a responcibilty to the client to provide what is best for the client. Unfortunately that was not my experience. The salesman and the sales manager were clearly not interested in what I needed. One vehicle we test rode was obviously a car a smoker owed. It was so bad my eyes burn, my wife and i note that we have a daughter with medical issues and this would not be good for her, The response from the sales manager, I am from Turkey and i know cigarette smoke and that is not cigarette smoke. Right there I should have left but didn't, So we looked at a very similar car, drove it and like it, did a little negotiation and agreed on a price for the car and a trade which was not there. I told the salesman I would come by tomorrow with my old car and tags. Which he pushed me to take that night. To my surprise the next morning the car already had tags. The paper I thought I signed for transfer was for a new tag. It just rounded out a process that was about the sales team moving a car and not about what was good for my family. I live and work in the area and will not be recommending this dealership, just the opposite. They have their one and only transaction from me. More
