Relieve Buying Stress with just a little "relaxed banter" We came in to look at a Toyota RAV4. We wanted white and wanted a used car. After speaking with Scott, we took his card and left. Overnight my husb We came in to look at a Toyota RAV4. We wanted white and wanted a used car. After speaking with Scott, we took his card and left. Overnight my husband decided that maybe he would like a newer car and try to swing the pmt. I told him nothing over $350 mo/pmt. He sent emails to Scott who called us. We went back in and looked at NEW 2016 RAV4. They had a white 2016, but payments would be an issue. We were trading in 2 very old vehicles too. Scott worked with us while all along having some light banter with discussions about family and our volunteer work with rescue dogs. We came to a final deal, went home, had 2 days to clean out vehicles and came back for final sale. The payments are $368, which is fine and the vehicle is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Scott, Amy and all the people who helped get this sale moving along!! Even one of the mechanics came out to wipe some stuff off the inside of door (I didn't care, but apparently Scott thought the car should be perfect!) More

Walked in Saturday, looking to lease or purchase but just not sure. We found what we wanted and walked out later (about 2 hours) and had a new Toyota Scion IM leased. Best car buying experience ever! Me and my wife went in just to look around it was actually our 1 year wedding anniversary. As we're looking around the Rock came out and asked those have any questions. I told him that we were just looking and we would probably be leaving in just a minute he went ahead and inform me of that time about all the great special they had going on around the car we were looking at which was the 2016 Toyota RAV4. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and what he didn't know he wasn't afraid to go find out for us. The rest of the staff that we're dealing with as we're going through this process was amazing from the sales manager to the trade-in amount they gave us everything was more than fair it was the best experience I've ever had buying anything! Amy from finance was amazing it was late everybody else is pretty much gone besides Rock in her and they still managed to get my car cleaned haven't looked perfect even with the window sticker off so I don't have to deal with that it was amazing. My car is completely covered for life the options that they offer at Weiss Toyota cannot be beat I would recommend anyone and everyone at least stop and look at Weiss Toyota I don't know where you would find better customer service or better quality cars. More
