All of the prework happened without even stepping foot in the dealer. Once we arrived to pick up the car we had the best car purchasing experience I ever had in my 30 years of purchasing cars. Positive Acquisition After searching the internet for a specific make and model I found a vehicle on the Lia Toyota of Rockland website that I wanted to see. My wife and I After searching the internet for a specific make and model I found a vehicle on the Lia Toyota of Rockland website that I wanted to see. My wife and I visited the dealer showroom unannounced that evening. Within 10 minutes Ana Collado introduced herself and i requested to see the used Sienna. She took us right to it and then for a test drive. No bait and switch like I experienced at another dealer. The asking price was very reasonable which is what got my attention. After some discussion with Ralph and Sam, we came to an agreement on the price of the vehicle and the price on my trade-in. We left a deposit and returned the next afternoon to pick up. Everything went very smooth and within 24 hours we left in our "new" 2014 Sienna XLE. More
