I purchased a used 2019 Toyota Prius LE from Ms. Ana Mayers, I had a wonderful buying experience at Toyota of Hackensack on Saturday, August 15, 2020. I purchased a used 2019 Toyota Prius LE from Ms. Ana Mayers, who was warm, professional, and knowledgable. The car was beautifully prepped and vacuumed for me to take out the door by the team, and Ana even helped me connect my cell phone to the Prius Bluetooth. I financed this purchase through the dealership and did not trade a car in. Ana and the Finance team were patient with my questions and very clear with instructions on how to handle Service appointments, warranty options, and so forth. Additionally, everyone was wearing masks within the Sales center, and there were lots of hand sanitizer bottles throughout the building -- these precautions helped me relax during the purchase process (considering COVID-19). Thanks, Toyota of Hackensack! I love my Prius! :) More
