This place is run by scammers. We agreed on a price for a car, but instead of clearly showing us the financing breakdown, they tricked us into signing a paper that listed a random We agreed on a price for a car, but instead of clearly showing us the financing breakdown, they tricked us into signing a paper that listed a random monthly payment - not the final price. They claimed it was just “preliminary,” but later used it to inflate the total price and sneak in undisclosed fees and extras we never talked about. This was not a misunderstanding, it was a deliberate scam. They even forced us to sign the title for the car before we knew our financing options or the interest rate from the bank! Who does business like this? Most of the positive reviews here seem fake, because these people are not trustworthy at all. We’re not stupid enough to fall into your trap again. Their salesman Mark and Andre should never be trusted. Shame on you. Rest assured, I’ll be sharing this awful experience everywhere I can. If you care about your money and value your time, STAY AWAY from McGrath Acura! More

I have had greatest experience buying my 2014 Honda Accord. I came from Highland,IN and was blown away at the professionalism of the sales,finance and service departments. I was greeted by Andre with respect, and caring about my needs and not pressuring me into buying cars that I was not interested in and allowed me to feel confident about the purchase of the vehicle. He promised me to not worry everything would be ok. Juan helped me keep calm during the negotiations transaction. Branko worked his magic with his lenders and got me even a better rate than my Credit Union. Overall the best car buying experience I ever had. More
