We inquired about purchasing a new Escalade ESV after building one online. Andrea promptly responded back to us and spent a lot of time asking questions to understand our needs. She educated us on all building one online. Andrea promptly responded back to us and spent a lot of time asking questions to understand our needs. She educated us on all the options, pros and cons, and then made a recommendation suited to our exact needs. The vehicle was on back order for quite a while-which Andrea was very honest and open about before we placed the order-rather than making a different recommendation to make a quick sale. We agreed to move forward. Andrea periodically reached out and gave us updates and the car was delivered sooner than she originally recommended. We’ve now had the vehicle for a few months and Andrea has taken the time to check in with us periodically to see how we’re enjoying our new ride. Andreas professionalism, promptness, expertise, honesty, and guidance made this a phenomenal experience. I can’t say enough good things about her and our experience in working with her through this process.
