Regarding your oil filter housing, we noted that it had been over-torqued at a different location. We advised you that attempting to remove it could result in breakage, which would require a replacement and incur additional costs. You approved us to proceed with the repair under those conditions. We also understood that you were in a hurry to get to the airport, so we prioritized completing the repair as quickly as possible—while still ensuring the quality and integrity of our workmanship.
