As such, we recently worked with Andreas Berkert and Michael Stain when we purchased a used Toyota Rav4 from MB of West Chester. Andreas was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. He made the experience enjoyable. Michael Stain was equally helpful with all the paperwork. I suppose I worried that because I was not purchasing a MB I might be treated as a "lesser customer" but this was absolutely not the case. Great experience overall! More

Best Mercedes Benz dealer in the Cincinnati area I was shopping around for a CPO Benz. Shopped at Cincy Benz and Ft Mitchell Benz. The atmosphere at the West Chester MB dealer was very relaxed and no I was shopping around for a CPO Benz. Shopped at Cincy Benz and Ft Mitchell Benz. The atmosphere at the West Chester MB dealer was very relaxed and non-condescending. At the Cincy Benz dealership, it feels like you need to be in the market for a brand new AMG S65 in order to be treated like a customer. Andreas was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He was also very friendly and shows that he would go the extra mile for his clients. Belinda, the sales manager, was very friendly and transparent about pricing. She didn't make me feel like she was trying to pull a fast one on me. Lastly, Michael in the finance department was able to get me the best rate available. He wasn't pushy about all the little "add-ons" you typically get at the end of the vehicle purchasing process. This dealership wants you to be a loyal customer and they want referrals. That's how they made me feel. At the end of the day, I left with a great deal on a CPO E-class and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Mercedes Benz. More

In addition to being very knowledgable , Andreas made us feel welcomed and did not employ high pressure sales tactics like the other two dealerships. Upon purchasing our GLC300, he kept us informed on a weekly basis on the progress of our customized vehicle from the assembly line, as it traveled across the ocean and when it arrived in the U.S. We were even able to track the ship it was on! All in all, we were very pleased with our experience with the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of West Chester Ohio but especially Andreas. More

My salesman Andreas Burkert, was extremely personable, attentive to detail, an active listener and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz car line. But most importantly he was "very ethical" in his dealings with me. I'll definitely refer friends to him. I now consider myself a client for life. In fact, I found the entire dealership actively engaged in offering "5 Star" service. Including everyone from the General Manager, Abel Bogale who provided personal attention to Porters like Kayla. As well as Sales Manager, Belinda Gribble who wasn't apart of the team when I purchased, but was attentive to my after purchase needs. It's attention to the small details that matter, because that adds up to a wonderful service experience, which I received. Regardless of where you live I'd suggest taking a visit to the Mercedes-Benz of West Chester dealership for an excellent all encompassing car experience. More
