Our sales person at that was very "weak" in terms of knowledge. However, he had since left the dealership prior to the delivery of our car last week. The management team assigned Andreas Burkert to us. Even though he had only started at the dealership for 6 months, he was EXTREMELY impressive. He was professional, sharp, witty, patient, and honest during the entire delivery process. The BEST sales person I have ever encountered. I have owned other Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche. MB of West Chester should be VERY, VERY proud of Andreas. I would HIGHLY recommend MB of West Chester and its employees: Andreas Burkert and Jason HACKNEY.
