Went went to your Cranston dealership last Saturday to just look and see what inventory you had available. We met Mitch P. and we couldn’t have been any happier with how he treated us, his knowledge and service over exceeded our expectations. He turned our “visit” into what resulted in a purchase of the car we wanted and a deal we couldn’t say no to. We can’t thank him enough for his hard work and diligence. Great Experience, Great People My husband and I went to visit this location looking to purchase a used SUV. We had been to a few other dealers and had not been overly pleased with My husband and I went to visit this location looking to purchase a used SUV. We had been to a few other dealers and had not been overly pleased with the experience and were hoping for something better here. Right from the beginning it was a better situation. We worked with Walter and are very pleased with the outcome. After leaving the first day, I actually said to my husband, "wow, I would tell anyone to come down here, what a difference". They were in constant communication and we ended up back this week to finalize the deal. Everyone we met was very friendly and you never felt pressured. We were running late for a hockey game and they even gave our son lunch so we didn't have to make an additional stop. It was just all in all a great experience. More
