Our salesman was young and not super knowledgeable. We bought a 2024 Toyota Crown. No one went over any of the cars features with us. The carpet was tracked up with shoes from people in and out of the car. After purchase we were told the car would be detailed. It was not. The all weather mats were placed inside over the dirty floor boards. Stickers and tags were still in the car when we left the lot. There is ink on the drivers door on the leather that we have to take it back to the dealership to try and have cleaned. Biggest complaints are these things. We love the car but the deal lacked professionalism. More
