Didn’t receive any updates when service was complete, had to call myself to see what was going on with my vehicle. Never received a quote and when I called for an update my service was nearly twice the amoun to call myself to see what was going on with my vehicle. Never received a quote and when I called for an update my service was nearly twice the amount of the quote I supposedly agreed to. Tried to call later just to get an explanation on this and apparently the sales manager that I received an email from doesn’t even work at the location we called. Overall not a great experience and won’t be going back unless for any warranty or recall repairs. More
