I bought a Certified 2018 Ford F-150 from Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on July 25, 2025. Within two days it was rattling on cold starts. Their service department said nothing was wrong. I went to a Ford dealer — confirmed cam phaser failure in writing. I sent a refund demand. No response from any manager. The warranty they sold me refuses to pay the full repair cost and is stalling for an inspection. I’ve driven the truck for only four days total since purchase. If you value honesty and post-sale support, look elsewhere. More

Our only disappointment was after spending 6 hrs there and signing off on terms and taking the car home, 2 days later they called and said we actually didn’t qualify for the agreed price so unless we wanted to pay $80 more per month we had to return the car. We took the car back that day and the manager who received the keys and handled the return paperwork was rude (as if WE had inconvenienced THEM) so that was unfortunate because every other employee at the dealership we came into contact with was nice and seemed like they enjoy working there. As long as you research a good contact before you go, I think it’s a nice dealership. More
