During this 12 year period I have been completely satisfied with all service advisors and services provided at this service center. During my most recent visit I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, who kindly informed me that this might be a good time to consider replacing my beloved car with a newer model. Although this was not the news I was expecting, Andrew took the the time to provide the reasons why it may no longer be worth investing more money and time into the ongoing repairs. Thank you Andrew for your honesty and guidance in helping me accept that it was time to say goodbye to this car and move on to my new CRV. I am now a 20 year loyal customer and plan to continue having my new car serviced at this location. More

Created additional issues Went in for replacing a tire on my CRV EXL. TPMS light keeps switching on. Had to go in three times ( get out of work to go there) and not fixed. Ever Went in for replacing a tire on my CRV EXL. TPMS light keeps switching on. Had to go in three times ( get out of work to go there) and not fixed. Every time, they reset it and TMPS light goes after driving few miles. They never able to address the issue. Not happy with the service. They are blaming in new technology rather than their handling of it or replace the TPMS parts ( if they damaged it while replacing tire). I would not trust if they are not able to address TPMS issues. This would be my last time there. More
