I sold a vehicle to Skyline at the end of July. It is currently September 9th and I am still waiting for them to pay me. I called the bank to see if the issue was on their end with a delay in getting Skyline the title, but they told me they released it on August 7th. So here I am without payment for my truck for over a month since getting the title that they have already sold to another person. I worked with Andrew. He was great when taking my truck in, but has been unresponsive to my messages about this on August 31 as well as today, 9/9. UPDATED: It’s funny how fast you get a response when you leave an honest review. My check was ready within a half hour after the sales manager called me because he was contacted about the review and Andrew let him know that I was inquiring about the payment. They also said that they did not “check in” the title until 9/3. I don’t think the mail takes a 3+ weeks to get from Eugene to Salem, but maybe I’m wrong. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Regardless, I appreciate them paying attention to this issue after the negative review was posted and addressing it rapidly. I just wish that it would have been addressed after my earlier inquiry, or even before I had to inquire about what was taking so long in the first place. More
