My experience with the Service Department overall was good. I had issues with the LoJack that required 3 trips and in the end Service and Sales were pointing at each other. I am not happy with sales. Was not given 2nd key fob for new truck. As a first time new vehicle buyer, have always bought used, I wasn’t aware that new vehicles come with a 2nd Was not given 2nd key fob for new truck. As a first time new vehicle buyer, have always bought used, I wasn’t aware that new vehicles come with a 2nd fob. Only after bringing it into service after a month of buying it was I made aware that I should have received 2 fobs. When I contacted my salesman he made it sound as though I must have lost it and should have asked for it that day or next. Now I’m told I may have to pay a small fee if the 2nd fob is more than the $500 they cover. I should have received it first day but I definitely did not receive it. I was handed only 1 fob. Went to dealership this morning and talked with finance mgr and it has been resolved successfully as of this morning. Thank you! More
