I'm not very happy with Andrew. I called to speak to him on Saturday regarding an oil leak issue resulting from an improperly tightened oil filter by one of his employees. I was told he was on another call on Saturday regarding an oil leak issue resulting from an improperly tightened oil filter by one of his employees. I was told he was on another call and would call me back after that phone call. It's now Monday evening and I have yet to hear back from him. I had to contact another supervisor today to handle the problem. More
