The Service Department I've owned my 2014 ES 350 for approx. 2.5 years. I recently brought it in for the 2nd time for routine service. Andrew Nagler was my service advisor I've owned my 2014 ES 350 for approx. 2.5 years. I recently brought it in for the 2nd time for routine service. Andrew Nagler was my service advisor. The waiting room is comfy and with good wifi, some reading materials for those who want/need, coffee, water, and even donuts. Andrew was extremely prompt in replying to my email request for an appointment the next day, and during the entire process. Upon my request he showed me a quick fix for wipers that get stuck out of position. He expedited, and displayed courtesy and excellent communication skills. He passed along his colleague's recommendation for an alignment as a precautionary, cost-saving measure, which he agreed with, and so did I. I recommend Westside's service department and Mr. Nagler strongly. More

He asked me what time I wanted to make an appointment and we scheduled it for last Tuesday. I was out of there within the forty-five minutes. Andrew was very prompt with the service and said it would only be a few minutes to complete, and it was a few minutes. He has always been a great one to work with in our other Lexus vehicles that we have had him to service. More
