I loved the ease of buying my new buick envision. Andrew and Fred were nice. I didn't get any pressure from either men to purchase a vehicle. The pace moved at my speed. Normally would have given more stars but something has changed. I had a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance to change oil and filter, took 2.5hrs !! Usually its 1hr or so.
