We were looking for a used Telluride and had an uncomfortable experience @Daytona Kia. We saw what seemed to be an ideal CPO 2021 @Deland Kia. We read the reviews and it seemed they were a no pressure dealership with an honest sales force. I called to inquire about availability and Drew responded quickly. He told us exactly what the ‘out the door’ price would be with a breakdown. Then he sent us a video he took with his cellphone. We arranged for a visit ( as it was ~60 miles to DeLand). We arrived spent about an hour with Drew, learned all we needed to know, and purchased to car that day. From start to finish, a thoroughly professional experience, no hidden tricks or fees, and my wife truly loves her Telluride. In addition to the straightforward approach, we received free lifetime oil changes (who knew?), and learned that the DeLand Kia owner also owned the Ford dealership in our town, so we could get the oil changes done locally! That was icing on the cake! Buy a car @Deland Kia - you will be treated well if our experience is any indication… and other reviews verify that our buying experience was not unusual!!!! More
