This is an okay dealership. However, I have take my car for a second opinion elsewhere and the problem I was given at Kunes was not the actual issue. I was able to get my car f However, I have take my car for a second opinion elsewhere and the problem I was given at Kunes was not the actual issue. I was able to get my car fixed correctly and for $300 less than what Kunes was going to charge me. I understand you are a dealership, but in this economy I think you should offer payment plan options for loyal customers or maybe offer better discount options. More

Terrible experience. Looked at vehicle on a Thursday, received purchase agreement later that day, received bank approval the following day, asked to have paperwork adjust Looked at vehicle on a Thursday, received purchase agreement later that day, received bank approval the following day, asked to have paperwork adjusted to name bank as lien holder that same day. They replied early Saturday morning stating they would get right on it. Did not hear back from them and no response to emails. Received text Monday morning stating they sold it to someone else on Saturday. More
