Wait time longer this appointment. First time being notified through text while waiting. Didn't appreciate being told that if I didn't get issues fixed by next appointment, that I woul First time being notified through text while waiting. Didn't appreciate being told that if I didn't get issues fixed by next appointment, that I wouldn't get free oil changes. Just because some are just recommendations and a couple are immediate items. Shouldn't have to be forced to have Nissan do the repairs costing me $1500.00 in order to keep free oil changes. More

My wife has been there many times before and never had to wait that long to get an oil change. She had a 10:30 appointment. She got there at 10:20, at 12:25 , she asked how much longer would it be before it wait that long to get an oil change. She had a 10:30 appointment. When I arrived at the dealership Andrew had already spoken to my husband. He drove the vehicle into the bay and checked the problem.
