Our experience purchasing our new Mercedes 350E was top notch. From the original email contacts, everything was presented very thoroughly. When we came to the dealership we were greeted right away and made to feel right at home. It is always good to visit with all the familiar faces and this time we were fortunate to meet a new sales rep, Ron Zullo. Ron fit right in with the rest of the team and made sure he was aware of all my likes and dislikes with the new car lease. End of story is I drove off the next week with my new car and am very pleased. Ron has followed up with phone calls and emails making sure I am satisfied. His followup was very thorough as well.
