The worst service and was over charged. I also brought it in to get tires rims it was running fine they had a guy addicted to drugs working on my truck and disappeared then all of a sudden I also brought it in to get tires rims it was running fine they had a guy addicted to drugs working on my truck and disappeared then all of a sudden I had 8k wrong with my truck they are a fraud. Then I expressed this is my work truck I’m a k9 handler they had my truck for over 2 months let it sit for 10 days without touching it. I missed work when I needed it it was in pieces I got suspended for 2 weeks from work because I couldn’t get my truck back because they said they had no one to fix it. This is a horrible place they got 14 thousand dollars and my truck still has problems. They do not support federal k9 handlers in fact there manager hates police . I was in the waiting room and talking to another police officer and he was having the same problems as me. He would call for days no response and was there waiting to just get an answer just like me if I hadn’t stopped by every 4 days I wouldn’t have my truck I plan on seeing about compensation for work loss the endless hours driving and calling to get my truck put together. I’m embarrassed. Of my truck and how it runs I’m going to another dealership to have it checked to see all the fraudulent damages they did to my truck. My warranty got canceled for them trying to get too much money then they didn’t correct what they damaged to get more money so my truck runs terrible it’s a 2500 Diesel GMC 2022 with low mileage and runs like a truck that is 20 years old.
