Rude and unprofessional sales manager. on 8-19-25 i called 609-375-1029 and a salesman named Larry answer the phone and i inquired about a used Lexus advertised for $25.008 stock number on 8-19-25 i called 609-375-1029 and a salesman named Larry answer the phone and i inquired about a used Lexus advertised for $25.008 stock number H5158757 i asked Larry over the phone what is the full price including the small print price on the advertisement. printed very small on the bottom of the advertisement noted Disclaimer (Price does not include $2,995.00 SERVICE FEE / PDSI and $1,095.00 Flex Protect. ) plus documentation fee "There is a Doc Fee of $849.00" i asked Larry what is the total price of the Lexus. but he did give me a clear answer to the questions but kept saying come in and check it out and we can talk about the fee's in person and said "we can work out the fees , i'll take care of you" so i drove for over an hour. and checked the Lexus and sat at his desk at the show room and calculated the total. and went into the sales manager's office i didn't get sales manager's name but he is a bald white male stocky built , 40's and Larry came back with the full calculation of all charges and also included a vehicle tracking security device for $1,495 so i asked Larry where is the discount and Larry said for me to tell him how much i wanted to pay for the vehicle and i told him give me a copy of the calculated sheet and i ll take a look at it and call him next day. i kept asking him for a copy but he kept insisting a amount that i wanted it for and do the deal and to leave him a deposit. during this time the bald sales manager standing behind me at the door said loudly "you want it for $20,000" in a very sarcastic tone and i told him you think this is a joking matter and walked out. because its near closing time i wanted is to review the price they gave me which is the full price including a $1,495.00 security system that i was told that i must buy because they installed it prior what kind of auto dealer charges a fee for servicing their vehicle in the sum of $2,995.00 for a service fee and charges the customer Note to the Owner of Princeton jeep ram located at 1045 State Rd, Princeton, NJ 08540 you should not have a sales manager who is not professional and rude to the customers. if you look at your cctv security footage between 7:30Pm to 8:00Pm you can see what happen also what kind of sales manager smokes a e-cigarette inside the show room he should do that outside. check that on the video too. also when i stood up to leave Larry Rips up the price sheet paper before i am out the door. i am guessing he was not happy but he also needs training on customer service. the other salesman seem very professional when i arrived asking me if i was being helped. i had $10,000 cash with me for a deposit and a credit score of over 900 which i was pre-approved from my bank with a blank bank check but was thinking of using your finance company. because Larry told me he would give me a better deal. i am guessing there is a commission when a customer get financing from your dealer. i am just taking the time to write this so that you can improve your business and stop adding fee's and item that customer did not ask for. to have this review process submitted. i had to mark 3 stars to people that i had no contact with. First interactions were w/ Mark and Nichole over the phone and email, and they were very pleasant and responsive. Nick was great too! Knowledgeable, patient, informative, flexible. Unfortunately, my interactions with salesman, Andrew Yasunas, weren't as pleasant. Overall, I felt pressured by Andrew during the car buying experience, he frequently danced around my questions instead of answering directly and in full, his emails/texts felt rude and impersonable, and he was illogical/dishonest with me at times. Issues: 1. On Monday May 15th, Andrew texted me that there was a 6:00pm appt for someone to see the vehicle. I found it odd since I had placed a hold that expired that day. At 6:30pm, Andrew texted me saying that customers had arrived to look at the vehicle. Several days later during negotiations, Andrew stated via text that they had kept the vehicle on hold for me for the week. If that was the case, then why was the vehicle shown the previous Monday at 6pm? Although the verbal agreement was to hold the car until Monday, why was Andrew using a weeklong hold as leverage to sell me the car? 2. In the same negotiation text, I asked Andrew if an additional $500 could be taken off the Base Selling Price of $39,991, which would total approx $44,100 after taxes/fees. Andrew's reply was that I was asking for a total of $42,500. That was not what I was proposing to Andrew. Andrew continued in the text saying, "We are sturdy at our $43,000 since we have discounted the car for you and have held the car for a week for you. Can we agree to our original agreement at $43,000...?" This greatly perplexed me, as Nick had declined my offer of $43,000 one week earlier. I asked Andrew for an updated invoice. He said his managers were too busy but would send an updated invoice 2 days later. I told him that $43,000 after taxes/fees would be good with me. 3. Two days later, Andrew said he was working on getting the invoice and asked when I could take delivery of the car. I had told him days before that I would decide after receiving the updated invoice. I replied to Andrew at 4:07pm thanking him for working on the invoice. I also voiced my concern that I was feeling rushed and that I wanted to set a date/time to come back to the store AFTER we have made our final agreements. I expressed to Andrew that I did not feel welcomed and asked him if he could be more personable and empathetic. At 5:19pm, Andrew replied back that the car was sold...that was May 22nd. Today June 2nd, the vehicle still appears for sale on the store's website. So, that was a blatant lie and likely Andrew could not accept objective criticism and request. I sent staff an email voicing these concerns and have been ignored ever since. If you do business with CDJR of Princeton, avoid Andrew at all costs. More

BEWARE OF THE BAIT & SWITCH! I made an appointment for a test drive which was confirmed in advance and then reconfirmed just a few hours before the appointment. I drove 2 hours I made an appointment for a test drive which was confirmed in advance and then reconfirmed just a few hours before the appointment. I drove 2 hours and when I showed up they stalled for around 45 minutes before bringing a more expensive car around. Turns out they had sold the car I was interested in before I even made my appointment but never owned up to this fact. They then tried to get me to buy a more expensive car. You can't trust a business that tries to scam its customers. There are so many Jeep dealers around so don't waste your time with these frauds. STAY AWAY! More
