A printed Multi-Point Inspection was provided at check-out, outlining the full overview of your vehicle’s condition. Regarding your request for an interior repair estimate, the dashboard leather damage noted was evaluated, and unfortunately this type of damage cannot be repaired and would require a full dashboard replacement to properly resolve. We were unable to provide the estimate during your visit due to an unexpected employee medical emergency, which temporarily delayed some administrative follow-up. Once operations stabilized later that day, the estimate was completed and emailed to you within a few hours. We apologize for any miscommunication and appreciate your understanding.
