I was in a bit of a bind with my 328i hitting its 10k for the oil change and my local dealer Sandy Sansing being booked up until the end of the month. I had to take a trip out to Jax to dogsit for my little the oil change and my local dealer Sandy Sansing being booked up until the end of the month. I had to take a trip out to Jax to dogsit for my little sis. I called Tom Bush BMW in Jax who I’ve used before and they were booked as well. I believe I scheduled the service at Gainesville BMW online but they got me in and taken care of rather quick. They even knocked the spark plug job out too! And their service was impressive! The young man, I believe his name was Andy Camacho, was the actual definition of what I call a service manager! The technician has a very good eye and caught some other issues like the strut wear and top valve cover leak. Although the service tech in Jax said it was a small leak, the service tech at Gainesville caught the struts and explained how that could be causing the rumble when I brake. Very excellent service, and I may be driving down there for my future service and even purchasing needs. Would give infinite stars if I could. More

Service manager Andy was absolutely wonderful. . Mechanic actually came outside to see what happened to the drivers mirror. It was fried from putting on heated steering wheel which was also a defro . BMW gave me a rental because I lived 53 Miles away and it would take a few days to get parts. Also had an oil change. Back breaks etc.. It was a very smooth transaction. I will be back when I need my oil changed again and see what else my x2 needs. Thank you Excellent Service Department! More
