

As a 16 year veteran of the automotive industry, I take a great deal of pride in helping others. I am so proud of the team we have assembled in Collinsville and our company's commitment to growth in the communities we serve by helping various local charities, sports teams and organizations impact the families we serve. The ultimate reward in what we do is helping people improve their transportation situation through Ford's tech advances, safety, reliability and efficiency. I have studied the dealership business model for years and participated it. Being the GM of the dealership has provided an opportunity for me to apply my research and remove pain points that exist in the typical dealership process. I currently reside in O'Fallon, IL with my wife and two daughters. I am a musician/ drummer by hobby and my other interests outside of work include all of my children's activities: gymnastics, piano, dance, and school along with my own: off-roading, swimming, and travel.

They seem to lose interest in customer satisfaction if it actually requires a little time or attention. Had a problem with an aftermarket part on a truck purchased here and they told me they could get me th actually requires a little time or attention. Had a problem with an aftermarket part on a truck purchased here and they told me they could get me the part I needed to fix my truck. They replaced my mirror with one they said had all of the cameras and sensors to enable the cross traffic and blindspot safety features on my truck. The mirror they sold me had none of those and now my dash lights up with the systems that don't work and their only answer is that they told me " all sales are final" and " it may not have all the features of your present mirror " , both of those statements are complete fabrications. They acted like they were my last hope and that I was desperate for any part. Both are incorrect. I went there first because I mistakenly thought they were Ford professionals and would be best suited to get the replacement part I needed, my mistake. All they had to tell me is that they couldn't handle it and I would have easily gone elsewhere. I looked myself online and found a more appropriate mirror in literally 5 minutes. Their parts department was a severe disappointment and their management even more so. After several voice-mails and two handwritten notes the general manager never had the decency to even return a call to have any kind of discussion. His opinion seems to be " you wasted $1200 on useless mirrors because of us but oh well " More

Bought a used truck in late February. Sales person seemed nice. Issues with the tires came up in March. The used car sales manager didn't want to make it good. Very rude to talk with.
