I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Younkers Renton WA on 05/18 and it is 09/18 4 months later and three trip permits I had to so sign three lease agreements because the previous ones were wrong. The third one had the wrong VIN and color description. They gave me a work order for $2,068.50 and on 08/31 I got a check for $1,251.95 – I am still waiting for the remaining $816.55 and was told that 3 out of five managers have COVID-19 hence the delay getting the check signed and sent to me! Do you think I will buy another car from them? Right! More
